We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Content Creator Manager to lead our content team and drive impactful content strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our brand narrative, engaging our audience, and delivering creative campaigns that align with our business objectives. If you are passionate about storytelling, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy leading a team of talented creators, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities

Video Production : Oversee and manage the video production process from concept to completion.
Photo Production : Lead the creation and direction of photo shoots, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Post-Production (Editing) : Edit video and photo content to create high-quality, engaging material for various platforms.
Influencer/Content Creator Community Management : Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators, ensuring brand alignment and fostering community growth.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in content creation, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Passionate about storytelling and content innovation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities.
Expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in content management systems and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
