Regional Operations Director - Hospitality

The role of a Regional Operations Director is to provide strategic leadership and oversight for a group of hotels or area of assignment. Responsible for ensuring that each property operates efficiently, meets brand or company standards, and contributes to overall business goals. Functions as the primary strategic business leader of area of assignment with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to both management company and property ownership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline
- Luxury Hotel General Manager with 5 -10 years of relevant experience with strong Marketing & Communications background
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and strategic skills
