Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM manager to join our team! What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for enforcing the Digital Delivery strategy, championing innovation, providing advice and support to both the client and support chain regarding emerging technologies, asset performance and operations requirements.
- Responsible for the development of the client BIM documentation (aligned with ISO19650), support chain assessment, mobilization and BIM kick-off meetings, work process maps and the compliance of Appointed Parties BIM documentation and other digital deliverables following client and international standards.
- The BIM Manager will conduct BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, lessons learned, inter-disciplinary design checks and monitor and track implementation and performance via Power BI and other online tools.
- Flexible Cover for BIM Coordinator team when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management from a recognized institution/university is required.
- 10+ years of experience in BIM/Digital Delivery working with PAS 1192 / ISO 19650.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks and Revit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM360 would be an advantage.
