Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit tender proposals on platforms like Etimad, SAP Ariba, and others.
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements to develop comprehensive bid strategies.
- Coordinate the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs), pricing breakdowns, and project cash flow studies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure tender submissions align with project requirements and technical specifications.
- Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to gather relevant inputs for tender preparation.
- Develop project schedules using tools like Primavera and ensure alignment with baseline schedules.
- Conduct quantity surveying, cost analysis, and resource allocation to optimize project profitability.
- Manage procurement processes and supplier registrations to secure contracts with major organizations.
- Maintain detailed records of tender submissions, amendments, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure that all tender submissions meet technical, legal, and contractual requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Address client queries and provide clarifications on tender proposals.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project adherence to technical and safety standards.
- Implement effective cost control measures to enhance project efficiency and profitability.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff on tendering processes and technical office management.
- Expertise in tendering platforms (Etimad, SAP Ariba).
- Strong analytical and cost management skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- What is your salary expectation?
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Eitimad / SAP Arabia / Aconox / Jaggaer: 1 year (Preferred)
