A seasoned professional is required to oversee and direct the investment placement strategies of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive investment placement strategies aligned with our goals.
• Lead a team of investment professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new investment opportunities and trends.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and investment partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios, making adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing investment teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for evaluating investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum This role requires a Master Degree in Finance / Accounting, with additional qualifications such as CFA / CPA / ACCA. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience within the peer group or financial sector is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
