We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources Management to lead and oversee the administration's HR activities. The successful candidate will participate in formulating general policies, develop strategic HR initiatives, and ensure the effective implementation of operational plans. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present the annual HR report, highlighting key enablers and performance metrics.
Lead and supervise organisational units within the HR administration, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and propose strategic and operational HR plans, alongside performance indicators.
Collaborate with financial resources to prepare and manage the HR budget.
Oversee HR planning to achieve approved localisation rates within the federal government.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, laws, and performance management systems.
Supervise job evaluation and description systems, ensuring alignment with federal standards.
Lead HR development and training initiatives, applying federal training systems.
Monitor and evaluate HR performance indicators, preparing reports for senior management.
Collaborate on organisational structure reviews with strategic planning teams.
Foster strategic partnerships and manage change to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
Support recruitment and appointment processes, implementing the recruitment plan.
Oversee administrative operations including planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:
- Master’s in Human Resources with 7 years of experience, or
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources with 10 years of experience.
Professional Certifications: (One or more required)
- CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development
- CIPD Level 7
- Certified Training and Development Specialist
- ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- Other relevant HR certifications
