Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze historical and current performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy rates.

Forecasting & Strategy Development:

  • Assist in forecasting room demand and revenue projections.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor pricing, and inventory availability.
  • Recommend pricing adjustments and distribution strategies to maximize revenue.

Inventory & Rate Management:

  • Manage room inventory across all distribution channels (e.g., OTA, GDS, brand website).
  • Ensure rate parity across all booking platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize room availability to reduce wastage and increase yield.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies.
  • Support the revenue manager in preparing for revenue meetings.
  • Communicate recommendations and insights effectively to stakeholders.

System Management:

  • Utilize revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS) to manage rates and availability.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in revenue management, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., Duetto, IDeaS, or STR).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
