Fundamental Hospitality is looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist for our GAIA & NYX brands. This position will be based in Dubai and will report to the Global Brand & Marketing Manager. Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive business objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in voice, messaging, and overall brand strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies tailored to the company's goals and target audience.
- Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences.
- Create engaging, original, and visually appealing content for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage and oversee content calendars and scheduling tools to ensure timely posting.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely manner.
- Foster a sense of community and engagement with followers.
- Analyze metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and follower growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including design, copywriting, and marketing, to produce cohesive campaigns.
- Liaise with external partners to enhance campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Keep up with emerging trends, tools, and platform updates in the social media space.
- Experiment with new features and platforms to drive innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience within high-end F&B venues.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Video editing skills for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
