The primary functions of this position are to provide quality service to clients, for quote to issuance process for medical insurance, motor and travel inquiries. The Operations Executive will be the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company and designated accounts while supporting the Team by responding to queries, follow up’s internally and externally and record keeping. Key Accountabilities:

Handle new Medical and Motor- business/renewal requests from direct clients and consultants, analyze requirements, and obtain appropriate quotes through available channels.
Ensure the quote-to-issuance process is completed within agreed SLA timelines and maintain a tracker for any missed SLAs.
Manage the end-to-end process for endorsements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Follow established workflows to maintain regular client contact, update coverages, review exposures, and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
Maintain accurate records and case management in alignment with business process standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE insurance underwriting, with a focus on medical and motor insurance, including coverage evaluation and rate analysis.
Comprehensive knowledge of Abu Dhabi medical and motor insurance coverages, with the ability to clearly communicate this knowledge to clients, underwriters, and team members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
Proven ability to prioritize, self-manage workload, and provide effective support to the team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with insurance-related software or portals is preferred
