This role will be focused on fund investments across the entire real assets universe including infrastructure, natural resources and real estate. This role will be focused on fund investments across the entire real assets universe including infrastructure, natural resources and real estate. What the job involves

Lead in screening of new investments considering all relevant macro and industry trends in accordance with the department’s investment mandate.
Evaluate new investments which includes receiving and reviewing offers for participation in new investment opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with GPs, advisors and industry contacts.
Evaluate the performance of existing investments and seek to improve value through the consideration of strategic initiatives.
Benchmark investment opportunities against relevant peers and comparable companies/precedent transactions.
Sound understanding of the infrastructure and natural resources asset classes, including the attributes affecting the risk/return profile of different investment opportunities and the main elements necessary to construct a well-diversified portfolio.

Who we are looking for

University Degree.
MBA or other advanced financial qualification desirable such as ACA, CFA.
Relevant work experience in a buy-side role doing fund investments, covering the unlisted real assets sector (such as infrastructure, natural resources or real estate).
The ability to relocate full time to Doha, Qatar.
