This is a unique opportunity to work remotely with a diverse team and contribute to our expansion. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities across various markets.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and industry trends.Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align on business goals and deliver results.Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.Qualifications:Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably 2+ years).Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects.Strong understanding of global markets, particularly in (specific industries relevant to your company).Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.Familiarity with CRM software and business tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).Ability to adapt to different time zones and work with international teams.What We Offer:Fully remote position with flexible working hours.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work in a global, dynamic, and diverse team.Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities.Supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.Fincasa Corporate Service Provider LLC is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
