Project Manager with minimum 10 years experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and all round construction and renovation activities.Key Areas:Manage all day-to-day operations.Manage a team of individuals and provide operational support to senior management.Generate and implement strategies to improve service levels and efficiency throughout the organization.Gather and analyze information to make strategic decisions that improve efficiency and profitability.Ensure adherence to budgets, undertake regular analysis of P&L, and drive forecasting of future resource requirements. Implement cost-saving measures and profit maximization.Allocate resources for service work and site visits.Provide reports and meaningful feedback to company senior management.Must have excellent written and spoken English.
