Responsibilities:Attending incoming & outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records.Responding to telephonic calls and carrying out conversations politely and in a timely manner.Handling multiple telephone lines and directing calls to the concerned person/extension.Differentiating between incoming calls and walk-ins and handling them appropriately.Greeting and assisting visitors and guests.Sorting incoming mails at the enquiry inbox and distributing them to the concerned department/executive, responding to customer enquiries as needed.Maintaining attendance records from the ERP on a monthly basis and providing them to HR on request.Performing data entry, preparing presentations, and making reports as required by the team.Ensuring the reception area is tidy at all times.Acting quickly during emergencies.Taking note of vendors and service providers on campus.Regular Activities:Receiving and sending faxes, confirming receipt and delivery.Performing other administrative work, including supervision of housekeeping and administration purchases (stationery, eatables, flowers, etc.) as required.Maintaining discipline during rush hours.Behaving professionally and acquiring professional ethics as the organization's representative.Managing dispatch and keeping records for incoming and outgoing letters.Maintaining records of materials brought in and taken out of the school.Updating inventory received and other work.Maintaining files, records, and documents as required.Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries.Occasional flexibility to work in other roles as required by the Manager of Administration.Working Conditions:Physical Demands: The Front Desk Executive may have to spend hours standing and being energetic at work to cater to the medical needs of students.Environmental Conditions: The Front Desk Executive may have to manage multiple activities simultaneously and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs of various students in the Medical Room.Psychological Demands: Significant stress may arise from dealing with students and parents, particularly when informing parents about students' health.Knowledge:Proven experience and results orientation.Skilled in motivating and continuously developing students.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Fosters critical thinking.Encourages teamwork.Skills:Strong written and oral communication skills.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Ability to solve problems, take initiative, and plan tasks.Flexibility to work extra hours as required by the project.Preference for experienced candidates.Ability to work in a team with a high people orientation is a must.Educational Qualification & Experience:Graduate in any discipline with good customer service skills.Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software suite.
