Director of OperationsAbu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 05/29/2024 Drive operational excellence by leading the company Operations - Emergency Response, Training and Consultancy. Empower corporate strategic direction, implement policy and procedures and provide the tactical and operational leadership to ensure strategic alignment. Shape future-proof solutions with maximum impact and continuous organizational resilience. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in emergency response, training, and consultancy services.Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
