Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Online Content Assistant to bring our content strategy to life by creating captivating, brand-aligned copy across various digital channels. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless customer journey, collaborating cross-functionally with teams, and driving engagement through innovative content strategies. What You'll Do:
- Craft compelling copy for homepages, shop-in-shops, marketing newsletters, CRM pushes, and promotional campaigns, maintaining the Ounass tone of voice.
- Conduct weekly data analysis to refine content strategies and enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with Editorial, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful storytelling.
- Monitor e-commerce trends, analyze competitors, and propose innovative ideas to elevate Ounass's content.
- Oversee quality assurance checks to ensure flawless execution of site content and campaigns.
- Utilize workflow management tools (e.g., JIRA) to streamline and prioritize tasks.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices, integrating fashion trends and terminology into strategies.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of copywriting experience, preferably within e-commerce, online/print magazines, or newspapers.
- Experience in the fashion or beauty industry is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with workflow management systems and SEO practices is a plus.
