With offices in the UAE & KSA, Four Principles offers business transformations focused on operational, digital and process improvements, in both public and private sector companies, mainly in KSA & UAE.
Main Objective
As a Manager within the Four Principles Digital Team, you will lead project teams on analyzing business processes and derive Digital Transformation agendas for our international and local clients (mainly Middle East); and support the further development of Four Principles' Digital Transformation approach incl. services related to IT Governance, Data Analytics, Applications, Agile, Emerging Technology (AI, Process Mining, RPA, IoT and Industry 4.0).
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute workshops with clients to define the scope and approach for data driven analyses and customer journey design
Understand business problems from various industries and structure the analytical approach, using advanced analytical tools and statistical techniques
Guide consultants in designing digitization products, solutions and implementation roadmaps in client projects
Research and evaluate implementation partners to further develop Four Principles' ecosystem for digitization
Communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, in English (Arabic is a plus) to all hierarchy levels in the organization
Support the advancement of Four Principles' digitization capabilities
Provide guidance and training to consultants
Prepare proposals and present at client pitches
Required Skills
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a consultancy and thereby a deep understanding of professional consulting
Experience in a client facing, digital consulting role
Experience in client sales pitch preparation and delivery is a plus
Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Understanding of complex business processes of any kind
Hands-on experience in ETL and have worked with SQL, data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik is a plus
Knowledge in IT architectures and emerging technologies like AI, RPA, IoT and Cloud Solutions
Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus
Willingness to frequently travel to Saudi Arabia
Education
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
