Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specificationsWrite and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social mediaUtilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new businessScreen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiationMaintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etcScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human resources management or related fieldProficiency with content management systemsExperience in developing recruitment strategy
