We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator who can manage web and mobile projects by establishing clear project scopes, leading team members toward successful completion (on time and on budget), and communicating progress (and challenges) to clients when necessary. We are looking for candidates who are problem solvers, extremely detail-oriented, passionate, and hungry to learn and grow with us.RESPONSIBILITIESLead team to successful execution on various project types including mobile applications, ecommerce site and large-scale web applicationsAssess client needs and team challenges proactively to create and enable effective solutionsPlan out project deliverables and team formationOversee project scope and scheduleWork with team to help in collaboration and meet deadlinesEffectively communicate client needs to project teamManage internal resources including designers and developersCommunicate to executive team overall health of assigned accounts and projectsATTRIBUTESImpeccable attention to detail and highly organizedSelf-motivated and proactiveExcellent communicator; both written and spokenAble to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyResponsible and capable of meeting tight deadlinesEnjoy working in a collaborative environmentPassion for quality design and innovationA thirst for learningPREFERRED SKILLSExperience working with multi-disciplinary teams including designers and developersBackground in application development or software designKnowledge and understanding on Google Cloud and PythonWell versed in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
