Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requestsWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and formsPrepares agendas and schedules for meetings.Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.Required Skills/Abilities:Knowledgeable in sales coordinationAbility to work under pressureWork experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role.Basic knowledge of labor legislationExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
