Company Overview: Fahad Cables is a leading cable manufacturing company. With a commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Administrator to oversee and streamline our company's administrative functions.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.Support HR functions, including employee onboarding and documentation.Manage communication channels within the company.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.Additional Information:Competitive salary based on experience.
