With 70% of our team being technical specialists in areas like development, infrastructure, testing, and analytics, we are powered by cutting-edge expertise. The remaining 30% of our team excels in business units such as operations, legal, and finance, ensuring a well-rounded approach to our innovative projects.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies.Monitoring and tracking project progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costsEstablishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.QualificationsRequirements:Relevant experience of 3+ years as Project ManagerExperience in trading, brokers, hedge funds, exchanges, or related areasEnglish proficiency at level C1 or higherTechnical education/background, including the overall understanding of hardwarePractical experience with Atlassian products: Jira, and ConfluenceProficiency in various ad-hoc research/analysis/discovery activitiesExpertise in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectationsExperience in Agile Development and Product DeliveryNice to have:Relevant Experience as a Program ManagerExperience in Middle Office, Risk Management, or Product Market ControlExperience in Infrastructure Projects or ProgramsPractical experience with BI toolsAdditional InformationWhat we offer:Experience a modern international technology company without the burden of bureaucracy.Collaborate with industry-leading professionals, including former employees of Tower, DRW, Broadridge, Credit Suisse, and more.Enjoy excellent opportunities for professional growth and self-realization.Work remotely from anywhere in the world with a flexible schedule.Receive compensation for health insurance, sports activities, and non-professional training.
