They are now one of the world leaders within the cash recycling ATM hardware terminal sector with a presence in over 100 countries worldwide.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary focus is on channel management and business developmentChannel management: develop, maintain, and expand relationships with channel partners, for achieving sales, sustainable business growth, premium customer relationship, and other business objectivesManage potential channel conflict with firm objectives by fostering excellent communication internally and externallyBusiness development: closely work with channel partners to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectivesDeploy, direct, and execute winning sales opportunities; Effectively advise customers through consultative selling techniques; manage and update the sales opportunities through CRMAnalyze customer demands, define project strategies, develop and deliver project proposals based on customer demandsCommunicate and coordinate with other departments and headquarters for the resource assignment and project planningUtilize team members including post-sale delivery professionals, pre-sale technical professionals, and management to achieve business objectives.CANDIDATE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND PROFILEExcellent communication skills in Arabic and EnglishBachelor's Degree or aboveMinimum 5 years UAE experience selling technology solutions to the Financial Services Industry, ATM related experience will be preferred.Work experience with track records in channel/sales management into the UAE banking sectorExtended experience in direct/channel sales management, customer relationship development & management; Wide and good connection with top managements of UAE banks or other financial institutions is preferredStrong negotiation and aggressive sales skillsProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environmentAbility to work under pressureAbility to meet travel requirements, when applicableSALARYNegotiable, c100,000 + AEDTo apply for this role, please send your CV to us in full confidence immediately
