Supervise and improve OR booking process at NMH, building rapport with professionals to ensure improvements are accepted and implemented. Plan to improve OR utilization revenue by 20% annually, monitor procedures, verify billing information, and ensure accurate charging of consumables and implants. Coordinate insurance approvals, verify billing, and send documents to the Insurance billing team daily. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, resolve disputed claims, and implement corrective steps. Maintain confidentiality and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Management, Nursing, or Pharmacy; Post Graduate Degree in Hospital Management is preferred
• 3-5 years' experience in Billing Systems in a leading Multi-Specialty Hospital
