Position Summary: Responsible for providing support in the various Human Resource & Administration functions including recruitment and employee relations and provide an efficient services delivery that is aligned with the departmental and corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process and maintain an up-to-date database of all employees and file management.
- Review and update job descriptions and candidate specifications before recruitment process.
- Screen applications, prepare shortlists, finalize ranking and schedule interviews in coordination with the hiring manager and HR Manager.
- Conduct induction/orientation program for all newly joined employees as per the company standards.
- Coordinate with the PRO for new joiner's visas, visa cancelation and visa renewals.
- Assist in processing the monthly payroll and ensure that all entries are accurate and entered on time.
- Respond to employees requests, suggestions & queries in a timely and professional manner, address their complaints, recommends solutions and make sure they have been handled properly.
- Prepare HR related reports such as (leave reports, attendance reports, Recruitment reports) and submit to the HR Manager.
- Monitor daily attendance & overtime. Track and process employees leaves (Annual, Sick,..etc).
- Process end of service settlements and ensure all documents are signed and filed as per Company policy.
- Conduct exit interviews for resigning employees and submit the results in the system.
- Perform any other related duty as maybe required.
- Prepare tickets LPO based on the approval and forward to travel agent and verify the invoices as requested by accounts vs the LPO's.
- Maintain company's registration log file. Coordinate with representative to renew company's registrations, dealership documents, authorized signatory before due date.
- Arrange hotel bookings as required and coordinate with Receptionist.
- Arrange furnished apartments if requested by department managers and ensure that visits visa is delivered to the booked hotel. Maintain PSL for hotels.
- Coordinate with PRO for visit visas requested by departments.
- Support all departments to get the attestations done by company's representative as requested.
- Coordinate medical insurance registration and renewal process.
- Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance to HSE policy to maintain a hazard and incident free environment.
- Promote awareness of the significant environmental aspects and related actual or potential environmental impacts associated with the work.
- A Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Administration.
- Two to Three years of experience.
- Ability to handle confidential material and information.
