Application Specialist We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Application Specialist based in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and experience in the Medical Devices industry, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support and training.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-sales and marketing support, customer training, and set up applications for our products.
• Provide application-related services, including software, technical, and application support to clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop new training programs related to the introduction of new products or applications.
• Conduct on-site method development and provide customized application training for new instrument sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop competitive strategies and provide feedback on product development.
• Assist in creating technical and application notes for clients and sales support.
• Support the development process by researching competitive instruments and identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Science/Laboratory Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the Medical Devices industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed, with availability for face-to-face interviews in Kuwait.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
