This is the Lead Security Architect role, reporting directly to the Head of Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Driving the security strategy, creating, maintaining, and driving security architecture and technology roadmaps within the scope of business requirements.
Partnering with the security programs to plan and drive security roadmaps implementation in terms of technology and its capabilities in line with the security strategy.
Responsible for the architecture of the security technologies, e.g., anti-virus, disaster recovery solutions.
Providing directions and guidance for the programs on how to utilize the security technology and its capabilities.
Working closely with other domain architects to design security solutions for applications or systems, and/or provide expertise and consulting to the project teams on security controls needed.

Accountabilities

A thought leader, providing guidance to the organisation on security best practices and standards, conducting trend analysis, and developing future-state security architectures.
Create and manage enterprise security standards, design patterns, reference architectures, sub-domain strategies, and roadmaps.
Analyze and report the security requirements for networks, systems, and solutions to the Security Architect Lead.
Assess the security requirements by evaluating business, IT, security strategies, and requirements.
Create, maintain, and drive security architecture and technology roadmaps within the scope of business requirements specified in security strategies.
Partner with security programs to plan and drive security roadmaps implementation in terms of technology and its capabilities.
Responsible for the architecture of the security technology, e.g., anti-virus, disaster recovery solutions.
Provide direction and guidance for security programs to utilize technology and its capabilities.
Architect and design security solutions for applications or systems, and/or provide expertise and consulting to the project teams on security controls needed.

Education & Experience

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
Post-graduate qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science (desirable).
5+ years of information security architecture experience and consulting experience for security services solutions.
