BSO Real Estate Management is a trendsetter in the real estate industry in Dubai, UAE. We provide innovative and technologically advanced solutions for managing commercial and residential rental properties. Our bespoke services cover every aspect of the property lease including finding tenants, managing tenancy agreements, dealing with disputes, collecting rent, and property maintenance. We allow our clients to have a passive income from real estate with complete freedom of time to pursue other activities. Our online facilities and personal accounts enable our customers to stay connected with our services 24/7.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive located in Dubai with some flexibility for remote work. The role requires generating new leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing clients with information about our services, following up with leads, and negotiating contracts.QualificationsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Proven experience in sales in the Property Management Services.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related fields.Languages required: English is a must. We are looking for Russian (1), Chinese (1), and other language speakers (6) native speakers to join our sales team. Russian and Chinese speakers are also invited to apply.
