Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor supply chain operationsPrepare shipping documents such as Tax Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.Process trade and shipping documents approval and issuance through different government portals like Dubai Municipality, Dubai Trade, Dubai Customs, and related sites.Plan and track shipments according to customer requirementsMonitor safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipmentsCommunicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfactionKeep logs and records of warehouse stock and executed ordersPrepare accurate reports for upper managementRespond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channelsEnsure quality of all services and processes within the facilityQualifications:Preferably a Logistics Management or Shipping course graduate or has a minimum of 2 years of experience in UAE logistics/shipping/cargo forwarding companiesExperience in customer service will be appreciatedAbility to work with little supervision and track multiple processesOutstanding organizational and coordination abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
