The role entails enhancing and maintaining our current Rivoli website (www.rivoligroup.com) and associated landing pages/sites, along with managing our social media platforms. Responsibilities also include constantly evaluating & updating the UX and monitoring SEO, web traffic and metrics to identify & implement best practices.Additionally, the role involves overseeing the entire CRM, including Email & SMS content creation, implementation, and building & managing new CRM journeys for a customized/personalized customer experience.Job DescriptionDeveloping Email & SMS content and strategy aligned with short, medium-term, and long-term objectivesUtilizing CMS to analyze business reports and user engagement metricsManaging customer data and optimizing the digital experience of our users via CMSManaging the Social media accounts posting & community management for all group handlesMonitoring, addressing and closing customer complaintsDeveloping monthly and annual editorial calendar ensuring alignment with communication and brand teamsOptimizing content according to SEO requirements, working with the digital marketing/SEO specialistCollaborating with the comm, business teams to design, plan and develop content, style, and layoutsLiaising with internal teams, agencies, and content writers to ensure brand consistencyPerforming any other responsibilities given by the reporting manger or the team leadprofileBachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or related streamsExcellent English communication skills - verbal and writtenArabic speaker preferred for this roleProven work experience of at least 6 years in Digital MarketingHands on experience with Salesforce, SAP, MS Office, Contentstack or similar platformsBasic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishingWorking Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metricsStrong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to communicate ideas in a clearly and confidentlyStrong communication skills to engage with internal & external stakeholdersAttention to detail and the ability to perform well under deadlines are crucial
