Job Title: Talent Acquisition PartnerLocation: Doha, QatarIndustry: ConsultancyJob Summary: A leading consultancy firm in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a deep understanding of recruitment within the consultancy sector. The ideal candidate will have a blend of in-house and agency recruitment experience and be well-versed in attracting top talent across the GCC. This role will involve collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders to ensure strategic hiring needs are met effectively. Fluency in Arabic is required.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to consultancy hiring needs.Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand specific requirements, sourcing strategies, and candidate profiles.Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.Utilize in-depth knowledge of GCC recruitment trends to identify and attract qualified candidates.Manage candidate relationships, ensuring an excellent experience throughout the hiring process.Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop workforce planning and recruitment solutions.Conduct market research and leverage data to enhance recruitment strategies.Mandatory Requirements:Fluent in Arabic and EnglishMinimum 5 years in recruitmentExperience within a consultancy businessBachelor's degree minimumGCC recruitment experience
