Job Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Efficiently communicate with incoming leads through calls and emails.
- Client Interaction: Discuss the company's services with potential clients.
- Address and resolve Consumer & Commercial queries, requests, and complaints.
- Identify & escalate probable escalations or sensitive issues for faster resolution.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform related administrative duties to support sales activities, including updating CRM systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills (English), both verbal and written.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible, and capable of handling the workload.
- Strong customer-centric service attitude.
