Job purpose:The purpose of the role is to support and assist the Lead Projects Marine in the planning, coordination, documentation, and delivery of safe, efficient, and cost-effective marine operations carried out by and on behalf of the companies Major Projects Department, ensuring full compliance with international codes, classification society, flag state, local regulations, and company procedures.Qualifications:Must have Qualifications & Experience: Master Mariner / DPO with DP experience5 years of marine & offshore installation experience with 2+ years at a senior level.Preferred Experience: Broad and extensive knowledge of marine operations in support of offshore oil and gas field development activity.Strong knowledge and understanding of international maritime regulations, standards, and codes.Experienced in delivering and monitoring marine assurance and competency processes.Good knowledge of DP systems, offshore construction operations, DP FMEA trials and standards is desirable.Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical): Capable of supporting multiple activities against defined deadlines.Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of software.Fluent in written and spoken English.Good analytical, organization, coordination, and planning skills.Highly proactive with excellent communication and prioritization skills.Ability to work autonomously on own initiative as well as part of a team.
