Date: 9 Oct 2024 Location: KW Company: Alghanim Industries Long Description Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator, Delivery Monitoring overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end delivery process. This role ensures timely delivery of products from the warehouse to the customer's location. The staff member acts as a point of contact, managing drivers’ movement information, resolving issues, and ensuring that all delivery operations run smoothly. Job Responsibilities

• Handle queries and operational orders between offices, delivery agents and customers
• Handle invoices and maintain delivery management till completion.
• Ensure delivery processes are being adhered to and ensure systems are kept up to date.
• Creation of shipment orders
• Handle and monitor the monthly reports and dashboard.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with stores & customers to increase revenues.
• Statistical understanding and reporting of deliveries, returns and NPS.
