About the job Project Manager (Aluminum facade /curtain walls)One of our clients in the metal industry in Saudi Arabia is hiring for the position of a Project Manager.Experience: 5+ yrsLocation: RiyadhEducation: Bachelor's Degree.Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.Job Description:Manage all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till completion stage.Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform within the constraints of schedules, budgets, and resources.Interact with clients, consultants, and building contractors to drive the project and meet customer expectations.Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project life cycle.Ensure performance on the project ultimately meets clients' expectations in terms of quality standards, on-time completion, and within cost.Attend project, site progress, and site-related technical meetings.Monitor the productivity and quality of work at the site.Requirements:BS/MS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.5+ years of experience working in the related façade, envelope, or contract glazing sector.Proficient with MS Project (or similar) and the ability to understand, interpret, and create project schedules.Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Proficient with PDF editing software such as Bluebeam or Adobe.Basic ability with CAD software is a plus.Able to travel as required.Able to effectively work in an office environment, production environment, and job site as required.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Note: We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted.
