Location: Al -Ula, Saudi ArabiaSalary: SAR 100-110,000 per month + BenefitsCompany: Main Contracting CompanyJob Summary:Our client, a leading main contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Projects Director who should have at least 20 years of experience within project management and oversight of mega construction programs specifically within High Rise & 5* hospitality projects internationally and across the Middle East.Key Responsibilities:Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.Monitor projects' budgets and resources and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.Recruitment of key personnel.Track projects milestones and deliverables and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Provide senior leadership and mentorship to project team members.Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.Continuously improve project management processes and practices.Requirements:Bachelor / Master's Degree in civil engineering/construction from an accredited western universityHaving worked for a respected main contracting company previouslyMinimum 20 years experienceExtensive experience in 5* Hospitality & High RiseInternational project experience including within the GCC is preferred.
