Job Objective / Summary : Ensure the provision of required technical support to the users within the Company and maintain optimal performance of systems, devices, and networks. Address technical issues, enhance performance, and ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure, thereby ensuring seamless daily operations and achieving the Company's objectives. • Microsoft Certified: Windows Client

• Addressing user inquiries related to hardware and software.
• Promptly and efficiently troubleshooting technical issues.
• Offering guidance and instructions to users to enhance system utilization.

• Installing and configuring computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Installing and updating software and applications as required.
• Troubleshooting and regular maintenance of hardware.

• Monitoring network performance to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Setting up and maintaining Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
• Resolving network connectivity issues and ensuring network security.

• Conducting preventive maintenance for systems and hardware.
• Updating operating systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
