Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all crew certification is always complete and valid as per legal and other requirements.
- Plan and arrange crew changes, mobilization/demobilization for all crew on assigned vessels according to company procedures and client requirements, using cost-effective and convenient travel methods.
- Maintain offshore crew rotation and source offshore crew when required to fill positions.
- Ensure that necessary paperwork is completed and facilitated for the post-hiring of all offshore employees.
- Maintain the crew on leave details and call the crew upon leave maturity due.
- Liaise with crewing assistants, respective vessel superintendents, vessel agents, clients, and other departments (procurement, transport, PRO) when arranging crew change and crew mobilization/demobilization.
- Send notifications to account for new joiners, re-joiners, and repatriated crew.
- Maintain records of crewing-related costs for vessels under company management.
- Prepare weekly manpower reports based on requirements.
- Assist the Marine HR Manager during audits and inspections.
- Prepare the weekly job progress report and update the Marine HR Manager.
- Ensure and maintain crew back-to-back rotation plans for the respective vessels.
- Perform additional duties as per instructions assigned by the Marine HR Manager.
- Should be a graduate, preferably in HR.
- Should have good knowledge of STCW conventions.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Well-versed with MS Office.
