In this role, you will partner with leading global brands, particularly in social media, technology, and telecommunications sectors, to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results. Leverage your expertise in data analysis, strategic consulting, and client relationship management to shape the future of digital marketing in the region. The Digital Strategy and Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in building strong partnerships, providing strategic leadership, and delivering impactful results for performance-driven advertisers, particularly our clients and partners within the telecommunications sector. With a deep understanding of digital marketing and media, you will establish and nurture key relationships, focusing on revenue generation, advertiser education, and advertiser growth and satisfaction. Success in this role requires a passion for the digital landscape, strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a client-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting demanding deadlines. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results for advertisers, with a particular focus on the telecommunications industry.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key advertisers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant.
  • Lead strategic marketing discussions with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities, and provide tailored recommendations, leveraging key consulting skills such as problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic thinking.
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of digital solutions against client's marketing objectives.
  • Serve as an external product consultant, educating clients on product solutions and driving product adoption.
  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.
  • Advise clients on media and creative strategy, planning, measurement, and optimization of campaigns to deliver against key performance indicators.
  • Work with brands to understand their business objectives and develop strategy, including building on insights, crafting media plans, page strategy, creative, and measurement recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, measurement, analytics, Data Science) to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign progress, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Utilize data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, providing data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition and strategic recommendations.
  • Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping product roadmaps, platform strategy, and the overall narrative.
  • Work closely with Mobile Operator and Telecom Infrastructure partners to understand their business needs and challenges and deliver value to them through insights.
  • Partner with the product team to understand strategy, define regional go-to-market plans for the product suite, and feed success & learnings back to inform, influence, and support our Insights product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with partner managers to build long-term engagement plans to drive partner value.
  • Lead partner engagements, capture their vision, and drive the overall initiatives at an executive/C-suite level.
  • Work with the data science team to scope projects, build narratives, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to use for partners’ business strategies.
  • Develop a learning agenda for partner engagement, as well as lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Develop new frameworks and methodologies to scale program(s) and identify potential value to create opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, media sales, and/or online advertising, with a proven track record of leading businesses or accounts.
  • Extensive experience in consulting, program management and managing organizations with a strong marketing focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex business relationships.
  • Experience working effectively within matrix organizations and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization.
  • Customer experience in insight generation, strategic formation, transformation management, and analytics proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated consulting skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic analysis.
