6 - 8 years of related experience, 4 years in a managerial role.ResponsibilitiesParticipates in development and monitors the implementation of functional policies and procedures to ensure all relevant procedures achieve or exceed real estate portfolio goals by conducting real estate purchases and sales.Contract Negotiation: Conduct contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the company's interests.Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Staying up to date on market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities, stay ahead of market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Supervises the day-to-day operations of the sales department/area providing guidance in facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.Develops and delivers the annual business plan for the area/portfolio within overall department strategy and guidelines.Contributes to the preparation of the department/area sales budget and ensures that the activities within this unit are implemented as per the assigned budget.Manages, motivates and develops a team of Sales Team Leaders to maximize their performance and provide consistent service to customers and sales teams.Evaluates management information and monitors the performance of the area/portfolio to improve the quality of sales service and meet designated quarterly and annual sales targets.Manages relationships with key internal stakeholders in order to identify opportunities for business development to maximize the commercial value of the products and/or services.Manages projects aimed at sales function/services improvement at a local/national level to drive continuous improvement of services and engage others through company brand values and standards.Handles direct customer sales for the most complex technical products and/or services and provides technical support to the team on complex sales to ensure customer requirements are met.Develops and manages relationships with a portfolio of complex, high-value and business significant clients/agents/intermediaries.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in any related field.6 - 8 years of related experience, 4 years in a managerial role.Business Acumen.Budget & Cost Control.IT & Computer Literacy.Management Skills.Negotiation Skills.Presentation/Facilitation Skills.Professional Writing Skills.
