ITFalcona Consulting is a company which ensures IT support for Mattoni 1873. We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Prague or Kyselka and become part of Falcona Consulting.You will become part of the ICT support team that maintains all key systems of our internal customers and solves users' issues. You will ensure the reliability of IT services and increase the satisfaction of clients and customers.What will be your responsibilities?Improving the quality and availability of IT infrastructure (HW, SW, telecommunication, customer connection, etc.) to usersCreating technical documentation and standard operational proceduresMonitoring and solving problems with IT infrastructure relating to routine operational issues including failuresWorking with internal international clients, i.e., communication in Czech and English via phone and emailWhat do we expect?Good networking knowledge - switching, routing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCPRemote access - PPTP, L2TP/IPSec, SSTPSecurity, firewalling, antivirusesWindows 10Windows server, Exchange, Microsoft 365, VMwareKnowledge of configuring emails, antispam, domain servicesCentrally managed and monitored infrastructure experienceExperience in helpdesk support is an advantageMicrosoft, Cisco or other relevant certification is an advantageWritten and spoken technical English language, knowledge of Czech languageDriving license - BWhat do we offer?Employment at FALCONA Consulting, a partner company of Mattoni 1873Workplace in Kyselka near Karlovy Vary or in PragueWork with modern technologiesInteresting projectsFlexible working hours, possibility of home office5 weeks of vacationCorporate competitions, events, team buildingDiscounted prices of Mattoni 1873 productsUnlimited drinking regime at the workplaceIn your cover letter, please indicate whether you are interested in the workplace location in Kyselka or Prague.Michal Š., Senior Brand Manager
