Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.

  • Manage and track all the IT assets within the company.
  • E-mail configuration for the end users.
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
  • Establish a good working relationship with all staff and management for work coordination.
  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
  • Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Experience in OS installation.
  • Office 365.
  • Antivirus systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Proactive.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Multitasking.
  • Bachelor’s in computer science/IT.
