We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Executive to join our team. As a Customer Relations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a memorable experience and receive top-notch service. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Roles:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their preferences and needs.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and offer personalized recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service experience.
Proactively identify and address customer concerns, resolving conflicts and finding appropriate resolutions.
Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings, company policies, and industry trends.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to improve customer satisfaction.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office suite
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as perretailschedule
