Job Description:As a Property Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties in Sharjah. Your role will involve ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, addressing any issues promptly, and coordinating with various contractors and service providers to uphold the highest standards of property management.Key Responsibilities:Property Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and issues. Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations as required.Vendor Management: Source and manage a network of reliable contractors and service providers for various maintenance tasks.Obtain competitive bids for maintenance projects and negotiate contracts with vendors.Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the property maintenance budget. Ensure cost-effective maintenance solutions while maintaining quality standards.Tenant and Client Communication: Address maintenance concerns and inquiries from tenants and clients in a timely and professional manner. Maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs and concerns are promptly addressed.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all properties comply with relevant health, safety, and building regulations. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, expenses, and contracts. Prepare regular maintenance reports for management and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or any related field.Proven experience in property maintenance and management, preferably in the UAE.Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and renovation practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Sharjah.
