ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Lead a team of strategic analysts to develop impactful strategies for government entities. Utilize primary and secondary research to define clear strategic approaches for clients and create integrated programs to support these strategies.Strategy Delivery: Engage with senior clients and deliver strategic recommendations, ensuring acceptance throughout the organization and among key stakeholders.Team Management: Oversee a team of strategic analysts and manage relationships with other teams and practices within the consultancy to ensure smooth delivery of strategic projects.Essential Skills and AttributesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional research and presentation abilities.Effective leadership, influence, and mentoring capabilities.Proficiency in written and spoken business English.Project management skills and the ability to structure and manage complex projects and programs.Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and succinct manner.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.An interest in geopolitics and global affairs.A good understanding of and passion for brand building.Ability to design integrated, omnichannel communication programs based on strategic objectives.
