Job Opportunity We are seeking Registered Nurses and Assistant Nurses who are highly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering top-tier patient care. This role requires strong clinical expertise and a passion for making a difference in patients’ lives. Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory.
- Must hold a valid DHA / MOH/DOH license , a Letter of Eligibility.
- Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience in Dubai is required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in home visits, home care, or clinical settings is essential.
- Immediate joiners currently residing in the UAE only.
- In-person interviews only – no online interviews will be conducted.
- Provide comprehensive patient care using updated nursing procedures and equipment.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients’ conditions, vital signs, and progress.
- Administer medication and manage treatments effectively.
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergency situations.
- Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
- Clean and re-dress wounds as required.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with DHA and company standards.
- Participate in nursing quality improvement initiatives, training programs, and team meetings.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent English language skills; proficiency in Arabic is required .
- Experience with IV vitamin and wellness therapies is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in day and night shifts.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation is a plus.
