To support our Team in Dubai, we are looking for: HR & Finance Assistant We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR and Finance Coordinator to support our HR and Finance Manager in daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in both human resources and finance, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Your tasks will be the following: HR Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Process suppliers' invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
- Assist in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings for the HR and Finance Manager.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Ensure the team exceeds the company expectations in terms of EOHS.
- Maintain the highest standard of compliance with Code of Conduct and local laws and regulations.
- Act always in accordance with Company standards and procedures for Health, Safety, and Environmental.
- Have had at least 3-5 years of experience in HR and finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR and financial regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/finance software (SAGE preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
