To support our Team in Dubai, we are looking for: HR & Finance Assistant We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR and Finance Coordinator to support our HR and Finance Manager in daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in both human resources and finance, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Your tasks will be the following: HR Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Finance Support:
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Process suppliers' invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
  • Assist in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings for the HR and Finance Manager.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
Others:
  • Ensure the team exceeds the company expectations in terms of EOHS.
  • Maintain the highest standard of compliance with Code of Conduct and local laws and regulations.
  • Act always in accordance with Company standards and procedures for Health, Safety, and Environmental.
Job Requirements:
  • Have had at least 3-5 years of experience in HR and finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and financial regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/finance software (SAGE preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
