Job Summary

  • Identification of Career Enablers and Frameworks to be deployed in the Region, aligned closely to Global Talent Development priorities, whilst reflecting the Region-specific factors (e.g. budget, Region maturity etc.)
  • Define initiatives to drive Counsellor & Performance Management Reviewer Excellence, adopting global guidelines and processes
  • Input Region Priority Career Enablers and Frameworks and Counsellor & Performance Management Reviewer Excellence initiatives into the Region CDP strategy and planning
  • Oversee planning and execution of Career Enabler and Framework projects and Counsellor & Performance Management
  • Reviewer Excellence initiatives and track compliance to Global Talent Development standards and processes

Performance

  • Oversee execution of the Regional Performance Management processes known as LEAD (Leadership Evaluation and Development) (collaborating with Talent Consulting)
  • Act as a custodian for Global Performance Management standards processes and drive Regional compliance
  • Drive active management and identification of low performance in the business, identify areas of concern and need for change (collaborating with Talent Consultants)
  • Support capability building of all roles connected to LEAD (collaborating with Talent Consultants)

Development

  • Identify Regional Development needs in close collaboration with business leaders, Regional Learning Leads and Talent Consultants
  • Identify Regional priorities across Coaching, Experiences, High Performing teams and Leadership Development, aligned closely to Global Talent Development strategy
  • Input Regional Development priorities into Region CDP strategy and planning
  • Relationship Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Region Talent Development Leader and senior business stakeholders
  • Build close working relationships with Region Learning Leads and Talent Executive colleagues to deliver an integrated Talent
  • Development service
  • Consult with and work in close collaboration with Talent Consultants in order to understand business needs and determine TD solutions that will meet those needs
  • Manage CDP team resources and performance, and ensure close working to drive an integrated CDP service
  • Encourage environment of open communication, participation and self-development
  • Service Improvement
  • Act as a champion for new ways of working across CDP, and oversee adoption of CDP new ways of working within the Region
  • Reviews and escalates data and insights relating to the performance of Careers, Development and Performance processes and projects to the Talent Development Leader
  • Oversee execution of continuous improvement initiatives relating to Region CDP projects and processes

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
  • Experience of working in organizational behavior, talent development preferred
  • Working in international and diverse environments
