We are currently looking for an Office Manager with an experience of 5+ years to join NASEC team in Dubai, UAE.Qualities & SkillsHave a good knowledge and experiences in Construction EngineeringSelf-motivated and able to take responsibilityFlexible attitude and works well under pressure and meet deadlines efficientlyAbility to multitaskExcellent organizational and time management skillsResponsibilitiesAssign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staffPlanning HR and administration activities annuallySetting, monitoring, and achieving HR targetsManaging recruitment, onboarding, and exit proceduresOverseeing the payroll functionEnsuring full compliance with company policies and proceduresAllocate available resources to enable successful task performanceCoordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiencyEvaluate and manage staff performanceDesign and implement filing systemsEnsure filing systems are maintained and currentEstablish and monitor procedures for record keepingEnsure security, integrity and confidentiality of dataDesign and implement office policies and proceduresOversee adherence to office policies and proceduresMonitor and review internal processesImplement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiencyPrepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiencyCoordinate schedules and appointmentsMonitor and maintain office supplies inventoryReview and approve office supply acquisitionsManage internal staff relationsRequirementsShould have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Office Manager with HR duties in a Construction IndustryPreferably with an MBA DegreeProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Must be able to join immediatelyJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):Do you have 5+ years experience in HR, Office Management, or relevant positions in the UAE?
