Job DescriptionPerforming preventative maintenance; Handling basic repairs and maintenance; Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary; Repairing machines, plumbing, painting, etc.Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.Planning and scheduling repairs.Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.RequirementsCertificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred.A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.Effective problem-solving abilities.Must be well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.Competitive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience.F&B Discount: 50% discount at the gym's café "The DOSE" for all food and beverages items produced in house.Full Access to SEVEN's Gym & Classes: Full access to SEVEN's state-of-the-art gym facilities and a wide range of fitness classes.Provided Uniform: Provided uniform for work, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance.UAE Limited Labor Visa for 2 years (with the option to extend).Medical insurance coverage.30 days of annual leave.Yearly flight tickets to home country.Employee Recognition & Rewards: Recognition programs in place to acknowledge and reward exceptional performance and achievements.
