      • IEC 61000 and EN 50121 for EMC and railway-specific requirements.
    • Conduct hazard analyses (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Project Delivery and Management:
    • Manage the PSD scope, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to address project challenges and optimize system performance.
    • Regularly review progress, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring technical alignment across teams.
  • Testing, Commissioning, and Certification:
    • Plan and execute comprehensive testing, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Trial Operations.
    • Manage testing of PSD systems in relation to earthing, bonding, and EMC to ensure system compliance and reliability.
    • Oversee the Independent Safety Assessor (ISA) process for system certification and approval.
  • Stakeholder Coordination and Support:
    • Serve as the primary technical advisor for PSD systems, providing expert guidance to stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and the client (RTA).
    • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between multidisciplinary teams to resolve interface issues and ensure seamless system integration.
    • Provide technical training and operational support during the transition to passenger operations.
  • Innovation and System Optimization:
    • Stay updated on advancements in PSD technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency, durability, and sustainability.
    • Implement predictive maintenance strategies and energy-efficient designs for PSD systems.
